Great for opening up airway's.
I love this tea it really works! I take it when I get a little congested at night by morning I am all good. I use this for my asthma. It tastes good. Not too strong. Good for asthma.

Very effective!!!!
This tea is every effective for colds and congestion. I first tried it when I was in the Philippines. After a week of being there I started to get sick due perhaps to the change of weather. I kept taking lozenges to relieve the sore throat but it keeps getting worst until I couldn't talk anymore. My chest feels like it was burning, and my throat swollen. After drinking lagundi tea (made from fresh leaves) my sore throat and everything else I was feeling days before was gone in just one night I ordered this tea after I returned here in the states as I was afraid to bring the fresh or dried leaves from the Philippines. Since then, this has been my go-to meds for coughs, cold, fever, muscle pains, headaches etc. I just had a bad cold and after drinking the tea at least 3x a day, my cold was completely gone by the third day. Just boil 3 bags of the Lagundi tea in 10 to 12 cups of water and drink it all day. The taste is not bad at all specially if you put honey in it. I recommend this tea to all my friends and family. It's really effective!!!

I bought this and drank it morning, noon and night but no result.Ginger brew and tea work better.
