How long does it expire in once opened?

As long as the chilli has an oil covering over it it will keep for ages. Albeit I eat my fairly quickly i.e. within two weeks as I have chilli on everything

I never put it in fridge and it was stored in the cupboard! It's so good it didn't last long 😋

What is the expiry date of the latest batch.

From my personal opinion there will be no expiry date for this item it is oil and Chile I don't think any bacteria can live and that that environment is it going to be degrade that possible
