This is a review of HealthA2Z's Simethicone 125 mg/gelcap, 365 in a bottle. My order arrived yesterday with expiration in 2 yrs 3 months. The softgels are tiny & can easily be taken with other small pills. I only take one when I eat dairy, vegetables or other gas forming foods. Simethicone seems to be effective for gas relief and pain due to gas. I wonder why they put 365 gelcaps in a big bottle when a smaller one would have sufficed. A smaller bottle would have been easier to take on trips. Still, I recommend this for gas problems.
