The media could not be loaded. I have ordered ABS Muscle Stimulator recently through Amazon prime . I was so excited to use this . After receiving the delivery I instantly go through all the instructions of setting up & how to use . I followed all the instructions which is very easy & simple to understand & follow. Also it’s a very nice way of massaging our strained muscle such as calf , arm , shoulder etc . I give it 5 star because it really good product, fast delivery

I have previously had a slender tone belt which eventually stopped working after many years. You could feel that working and your muscles contracting. However this product is of poor quality, does not contract the muscles, just creates a buzzing feeling. The pads do not stick well the instructions do not match what is written on the belt controls. I would not recommend this product. The only good thing is that you can charge the system with a USB which means not needing batteries which is good. Shame it doesn't work.

Got mainly for the abdominal area. Product is very high quality and easy to use with clear instructions. It charges very quickly and great battery life. Used both after workout and without. Can really feel the abs muscles getting the stimulation from the pads. Really good for definition and muscle growth. So far Highly recommended, will update after longer use.

It ripped so easily as seen in the picture. The material is like plastic. The adhesive part is very good, its very sticky the problem is when I was removing it, the plastic part ripped off.ñ so be very careful if your using this and if you ask me if it made my abs show up or if I notice any difference my answer is no.

Just got mine today. The device looks perfectly well, surprisingly well actually. The only issue is the that the pads are not actually that adhesive. I need to be lying during the session to avoid it from detaching.After 4 days, only the one for the arm is working properly now.

This has been great for losing my spare tyre , nearly all gone .But what is a bonus for me is i suffer from back pain, so i tried it on my back and it is amazing for taking away my back pain , i hope this helps others with back problems
