A lot of people just get this product for the Fortnite code and overlook the fact you are getting a very good set of earphones, the mic and sound quality are amazing, they fit very snug in your ear and give a lot of comfort, sometimes it feels as if they aren't even there and you get extra ear tips to fit in your ears, for me the hardest thing to actually do was redeem the code for the emote, the code I got did not give me the emote but a pickaxe, however if you contact PowerA they will send you another code with the emote within a day sometimes, so you will get the pickaxe for free and the emote. Overall for the price they are an amazing set of earphones with such a goofy but cool design so do not overlook that.

Like many others, I bought this for the "It's Complicated" Fortnite emote.Sadly, I did not recieve the correct code and got a pickaxe, however from contacting PowerA support, sending them proof of purchase, the model/batch numbers, a photo of the code, and evidence of the code returning the wrong item alongside Epic Games code redemption history, I recieved a new code in just under a day.However, these earphones are actually super comfortable to wear and quite good quality, they work across any device I've tested on with a functional mic mute switch too.

Headphones are great work well , the problem is with this item ,the main reason most of us will purchase is the virtual emoji. I have had two sets of these and both sets have not had a card in to receive the emoji.Amazon customer support have been fantastic trying to help but there is only so much they can do. The powera company have had all info and a video of my self opening the Amazon envelope and then the package to see if it was in showed again it wasn't .They want more info then keep asking for the same info and as of yet still no response to all the attachments sent

Ear buds themselves are okay but there's no download code included in the box and PowerA make you jump through hoops to get it ( three emails and 10 different pictures of the item and screen shots)

Great earphones good quality. I did have to speak to power A support as my code was wrong like many others but they gave me the correct code after providing them with some proof of purchase and code! So if you have the same issue just contact them !

Sound good and my kid loves them
