This little dehumidifier is working well (I need to empty the tank about every 4 days). Living so cloae to water I think I need a bigger dehumidifier, though, or maybe more of them.

The media could not be loaded. I love finding something new and different to try. This is one of my best finding. I ordered it on Wednesday. It was here the next day. I actually thought it was bigger than what I got. So, I was a bit skeptical. I read the instructions, which were very clear. It has a sleep mode and ambience light mode. You only to barely touch the buttons to activate them. After thinking about it, I decided to try placing it in three different areas for twenty four hours. First night was in my bedroom. I was very surprised at how quiet it was. Barely a whisper. I totally enjoyed how the colored lights would change smoothly from one color to another. I decided, since the machine was already quiet, I wouldn't use the sleep mode. Needless to say, I slept very well. Next day, I checked the water tank. I didn't think there would be anything in it. Imagine my surprise when I found at least a couple of tablespoons in it. Impressive. Next, I placed it between the bathroom and my dressing room. Since I showered daily, I thought it would be a good placement. This time there was about half a cup full of water. Great! So, last placement was the counter between the kitchen and living room. Right outside the living room window is the apartment complex garden area. It has a nice size water fountain that flows twenty-four-seven. I was kind of curious if there was moisture coming into the apartment from it. Nothing felt damp, but, you never know. To be honest, I actually left the dehumidifier on for two days instead of one. I was busier than usual so I forgot. When I finally checked it, I was more than a little surprised! I tried to remember if I had emptied the tank before turning it on that day. I was sure I did. I should have measured it, but I think it was about half a cup of water in the tank! Way cool! The other thing I did notice was the air in my apartment smells different. Maybe fresher? All in all, I am very pleased with the dehumidifier. I plan to buy another one and tell my family and friends about it. They know me well enough to know I won't recommend anything I don't believe in! I do suggest that, if you are not going to use it for a few day, you clean it up, and make sure the tank is empty and dry. I always keep the box,if possible to store it in. I hope you will be as pleased as I am with my purchase!

Worked for a couple of months and now won't start. I've emptied it out and tried to clean it but everytime I press the button, it just beeps multiple times back at me. Do not buy. Not worth the money nor the hassle.

Works pretty good for such a small machine. I bought a larger one and this pulls more water than the large one.

I have space on both sides so the vents can easily blow out the warm air. The added bonus of seven-color night lights not only adds a touch of sophistication but also serves as a handy indicator.
