Does this pedal come with the power supply or adapter?

No, both are not included. I highly recommend JOYO mutli-tipped 9V adapter and power supply with noise reduction technology. Because an incompatible power supply may cause the noise, pedal damage, can't turn on, powered but can't work properly.

What should we do if the pedal does not work?or other problem?

First, please read the instructions carefully. Then, check that the power supply is suitable . Secondly, check whether the product packaging is damaged.
