I got this Premium Heavy Duty Monitor Arm for my boyfriend’s home office, and honestly, it’s one of the best upgrades he’s made in years. Take your time during setup, especially since you probably did like me hang a 49 inch Samsung on this heavy duty moniter arm. You DONOT have to drill a hole to mount this to your desk. Make sure you desk can handle the strain from a big moniter. The price is amazing for a quality item.

the cheap one I brought from somewhere else said it can support ultrawide monitor up to 38, but barely support my 34in Alienware monitor. This one is truly heavy duty, it works really well for me, and it can be adjusted to any positions and angles you need pretty easily, and installation was easy for me as well. worth the price and love it.

Wish it was a little bit longer. I have a standing desk, and when I stand, center screen is below eye level. Which makes me either have to stand kind of awkward or tilt my head down more than I would like. I'm 6'3, so probably a non issue for most people.

This was a lot easier to install and set up than I expected. No holes to drill - it just clamps on to the desk. I got it all set up and mounted my 49” curved screen monitor by myself (even though the instructions say the mounting step needs 2 people). It works great. I was worried about it “sagging” but it is solid. I’ve been recommending this to my friends with the same Samsung monitor.

I thought I would leave this review because there is a misleading review that says you are required to drill a hole in order to mount these. While that is an option, it is certainly not the only one.I was searching for a cost effective option that is similar to the Secretlab heavy duty mount and came across this. It is the perfect candidate to use with the magnus pro desk because:*The tightening mechanism is a single allen/hex head bolt that is located under where the arm meets the mount and uses a c shaped bracket to secure the mount that does not interfere with the cable tray.*The arm when tightened can easily hold the heaviest of monitors - I have a 45" LG OLED and was able to get the adjustment enough that it is stiff, but still able to be moved when required.*With the coupon this roughly 1/3 the price of the genuine mount - even with shipping to Australia*The arm is quite easy on the eye with the matte finish and rounded corners and does not ruin the aesthetics of the desk.Unless you need to have the real deal, save your money and buy this one.

I have a SecretLab Magnus Pro XL desk with riser that I wanted to mount my 49" monitor to, but alas, they are still "coming soon" with their HD mount. In my search, I came across this and the clamp style was perfect as it wouldn't intrude on my cable management tray cover opening and closing. Just set it up, and you don't even have to max out the gas adjustment knob to hold this huge monitor. It's of very good quality and cable management is great. For the price, I'm beyond pleased. Would highly recommend especially if you are looking to support your large monitor.
