Poor quality all over. The metal nut part was completely corroded in less than 9 months. The previous impeller this replaced has lasted 13 years when it got damaged by me. Wasted $$ on this and now having to buy another impeller - this time OEM part.

Still working, no issues

Pool pump impellers are a very specialized item, needing to be carefully matched to the pump’s horsepower rating and, of course, shaft threads, housing diameter, and depth. Therefore, it is great to see that this KOLLEOL impeller has been carefully designed and manufactured to OEM standards. To withstand the rigors of cavitation, occasional debris, and corrosive pool chemicals, it is made of a very hard plastic (as is the original) and has a deep integrated brass insert for the left-hand threaded motor shaft. The original part number, 073130, is molded to the rear of the impeller to verify that it is the correct application for my 2 HP pump. With the OEM impeller selling for as much as nearly 4 times the price of this replacement, I am pleased to see the clean surface finish and smooth impeller vanes that help keep the pump efficient and quiet. I compared this replacement to an old used OEM impeller that I kept around to match a replacement to, and although my pump is currently working well, I am glad to have this spare in stock. Since pump seals and seal plates are prone to needing replacement, it’s good to know that, if I inadvertently damage the existing impeller during removal, I have an excellent replacement part standing by.

Seemed like a good deal until Impeller worked for only one year before breaking free at the hub which fused to the pump shaft. Had to cut impeller away from hub with dremel tool then use vise grips to remove hub from pump shaft. Bought Pentair OEM impeller as replacement so should last much longer than made in China brands.
