Received yesterday, wore today all day at work. I'm a school teacher and on my feet on most days all day. Still didn't get the relief I thought I would. By the end of the day, feet were achy like they've been before the purchase. I will have to return them.

I put the insoles in my shoes and took a step and thought wow, feels great, I can walk. But sadly, within a couple of hours my heal was back to hurting pretty bad. So in my case these were not worth the money. But I had plantar faciatis years ago and I believe back then these would have worked. Now I think there is something else going on with my left knee and foot but I'm trying everything I can before allowing surgery of any kind. They were easy to trim, have good arch support, fit my shoe perfectly, and were not too thick.

Husband loves these! This is the first insole I’ve bought him that he actually requested we purchase again. For relevance- he works on fracking sites in steel toe boots. The insoles actually stayed in shape as long as the worm boots, and that’s a rare find.

These were comfortable the first few days, and then the heel cushion fell out! When I pulled my foot out of the shoe, the front of the inset would crumple up and pull out also, leaving it bent in half. Not at all what I expected for the price! Did not last.

Flimsy, thin, no support, no cushion, and useless for plantar fasciitis! I will be returning these.
