Bluetooth and Microphone not working.
Buying a refurbished laptop is the biggest mistake I've made so far.This review is after using it for 20 days.In these 20 days, I have become extremely frustrated with this laptop. I need to hold meetings on a regular basis, but neither the Bluetooth connects nor the microphone works on this laptop. When I called Amazon, they suggested I go to a Lenovo service center. When I went there, they said that service centers for refurbished products are different. First, they told me to downgrade from Windows 11 to 10, but even after that, nothing worked. Then they said the drivers needed to be updated, which would incur additional charges. This laptop cost me ₹14,899, and I've already spent an extra ₹1,500 on it, yet the Bluetooth still doesn't work. Now I have to live with this until I buy a new one.
