Good quality product, it's important to have it with meal and some fats, as active urolithin is fat soluble. Quite huge capsules. Slowly starting to see some results in energy increase.

Well packaged and easy to swallow soft gels. I have been taking 2 every day for 2 months and noticed no difference in energy levels or general health. I don’t think they have done me any harm but equally I think I was expecting more. Maybe I needed to take them for longer

I've been taking the supplement for a month now and I have to admit it is difficult to know for sure that this supplement is the cause of an improvement in my energy levels and general muscle strength but I do feel more energetic, I m sure that there is many factors associated with energy levels and muscle strength but I can genuinely say that I do feel better, whether that's to do with a mindset or expectations idk but I like it and even if it is a placebo effect I am happy to pay the cost of the supplement for the effect :)What I can say with certainty is that I like the product it is a good value for money and I will definitely continue to take for another 3 months.The capsules are fairly large and some may find them difficult to take but to me they are okay.
