Good mount. Need to attach Ball
Overall very happy with the purchase. I was surprised when it arrived without the ball attached. That may have been an oversight on my part from the product description, and I understand you need to install the ball the opposite way for a rise instead of a drop... But attaching the ball requires a 1" socket or wrench and another wrench to hold the ball while you tighten. Many local auto parts stores will rent you the torque wrench and you might be able to get a tire shop or repair shop to torque it for you. It does have the large crush washer, so even without the torque wrench, if you get that flat you are probably good to go. As for the hitch itself, I needed a much lower drop for a new truck and this fit the bill for a reasonable price. Just completed a long road trip towing a travel trailer and everything held up great and looks good.

A Must Have item if you have a pick up and tow different trailers!
When towing it is critical to have the tongue of the trailer or piece of equipment parallel to the road, This hitch allows you to adjust to just about any kind of trailer. It is well made and adjustments are simple. The only drawback is it is a little heavy.

Fits 2024 Tesla Model Y!
Was having problem finding an adjustable hitch with rise that had a long enough shank to mount and clear the bumper on rise for 2024 Tesla Model Y factory installed hitch.After trying several other more well known brand hitches that did not work, I took a chance and ordered this one. This one has a long shank with 2 holes, and installed on second hole to get as close as possible to bumper and still clears. Initially impressions of quality are good, this seems like a good quality solidly built hitch. Have not towed yet. I will update after use.
