purchased for my husband after a golf swing back pull. It is definitely worth the money, good quality and according to some medical folks, works according to how these types of devices should work. No too hot and shuts itself off after 15 min. As this type of device can be detrimental if too hot or for prolonged use. We love it and his back it doing well

I had back surgery about 30 years ago, and it occasionally acts up... I started using this the moment I got it and it provides great relief to my muscles. It seems sturdy and easy to use.

Shiatsu massage is plenty strong and the heat/vibration option makes for a very relaxing break. This massager seat melts away the tension I accumulate in my back and neck all day. Its range of motion isn't quite enough to accommodate a much shorter person - the neck rollers hit the back of my head rather than my neck, but sitting on a pillow helps with that. Came very well packaged and the customer service so far is excellent. Just love it!

I’m 5’2”, maybe half an inch taller, and the description states it’s suitable for 5’2, however, it is not. The neck massager will be at your head not neck and there’s too big of a gap between the “neck” massager and back massager, so I got no massage on my upper back, which is where my biggest issues are and where I really need pain relief. It’s only good for mid back.

The media could not be loaded.  Overall is amazing!!! The remote comes with the product, but there is an app you can use as well, making it more accessible. Only downfall is it doesn’t get to the shoulder blades as high as I would like. I carry a lot of stress in my shoulder blades and shoulders. However, still is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I really like the back massage. It's deep and gives me a lot of relief. I like that you can select spots to work. The fit for the neck is difficult. I pretty much can't use it. It's just too high and not adjustable. I'm 5'5". The hip cushions are snug against me which is fine but I don't see how anyone larger can really fit comfortably. I weigh 145 lbs, for reference. I didn't even try the heat or vibration. I think the vibration is in the seat which doesn't seem to do anything else so it's just more bulk. I think I would have returned it except I tried to make some modifications, which didn't help but made it unreturnable. But I do have a good back massager. It's just bulky for only doing that one thing.

Not even sure how to explain why i like it. It just hits all the right place. You just need a sturdy chair to put it on find the correct height for your neck and let that baby do its thing. The only thing is it says heat but i dont feel no heat.
