Hard to get all of the gel out of the tube and it doesn’t lubricate as well as HR gels

This product should stay good for as long as the expiration date says but that is not the case.
Thought this product was good because the reviews but I purchased some for medical reasons..I've only had it for maybe 2 months. Had taken the cap off just get the rest out and the entire cap was molded. With this being a medical gel, this should not have happened. Never buying this again. The expiration date says 9/2028
