I don't know if vitamin D does help to protect us from getting COVID, but even if it is just a slight health boost, I wanted to get my daughter more vitamin D in her system. We get outside, but I don't know how much of that needed sunshine we are getting overall. I looked up kid vitamin D gummies and this was the first to come up. It was a great price point for a 3 month supply. We are now almost out and I am looking to buy again.My daughter, no joke, asks for them every morning when she wakes up. She loves them so much she wishes she could eat two daily and has asked more than once. They are simple and tasty (I tried one too and they were really great like a regular gummy). They have good ingredients with no animal products, so overall, this is just a winner. I am betting that all their gummies taste great, so I might be getting the multivitamin next go around. This is rather long but important:I order these because they work!! Elderberry, has been keeping their Immune system supported during his Pandemic. The proven effects of Elderberry on the immune system are self explanatory. Not only does the Elederberry help with her Asthma in not allowing mucus to build up in her chest, when she begins to cough I give her 3 gummies twice a day and within hours any mucus is expelled rather quickly.I keep this regimen up for a couple of days just to ensure she remains clear.
