Dog started having seizures, so I wanted to indicate that on his collar with an id tag. Rubber comes apart from actual tag a lot when dog plays but it is an easy fix

I liked the tag but the rubber kept coming off in both directions. But mostly toward the red front, obscuring the very words I wanted visible. What was the point?The ring rusted real quick too.

Gives me piece of mind if he gets away from us whoever finds him will know he’s a seizure dog. Downside I can’t get the rubber piece to stay on it.

Looks great! Perfect for my older beagle. I ordered the same with "Needs Medication" for another dog of mine, too, and they're perfect. I was surprised to see that they even came with protective stickers for each side to keep them from getting scratched. The "Needs Medication" tag's sticker was a bit foggy, but still works perfectly well. Probably just the result of the crazy humidity in my area interacting with the adhesive, so not the fault of the seller at all. 10/10!

They came in and am very pleased. I need a tag for my son. He seems to like it so far, he doesn't like wearing his medical alert bracelet for seizures.The print is readable.

So glad I bought this for my dog. Very nice looking, only thing is the rubber the protector keeps coming off. It gives me leave of mind in case he gets out that hopefully someone would return him for his meds.
