There's hot sauce and then there's hot sauce WITH FLAVOR! I discovered Crystal ages ago when in Louisiana. I like to try new products when out of town and was in a grocery store exploring and picking a few interesting things up. At the time, a small bottle of this cost $1. How bad could it be for a buck? So, I grabbed it. WOW, if this isn't my face hot sauce now! Way better than tabasco! Just a great complex flavor. It's not just hot. It has complexity that I love. I owned a restaurant for a period of time and bought this in bulk to use on one of our sandwiches, which is why I purchased this gallon size repeatedly. Great value on a fantastic tasting hot sauce.
