Amla Pickle (Indian Gooseberry Pickle) 500 g / 1.1 lb

I've tried almost two dozen brands of amla pickles and this is by far my favorite. It has the best depth of flavor balanced with heat and, most importantly to me, texture. It has amla pieces, not all shredded up like most do. And they have the perfect texture, not too rough and just the right melt in your mouth.

I like this Amla pickle! Love the way they prepared it, with Amla cut into small pieces and marinated in spices. The preparation in mustard oil or with mustard seeds, gives it a unique and wonderful flavor. And of course G Good chance to include Amla in my diet!
