I made my own brine for at least 15 years and started getting “lazy” by using this prepared brine for the last 3 years. I have to say that this product is every bit as good as any I made myself and it’s TONS easier to use. My turkey came out so flavorful and exquisitely moist this year that I’m planning to buy it again next year. Try it and I doubt you’ll be disappointed. Pro tip: remove bird from oven when breast meat is 160 and rest for 40 mins. Enjoy!

Bought this again after using it last 2 years. When I first tried it I thought wow this is strong I'm gonna ruin this turkey. I followed directions with brine and after baking turkey WOW was I wrong! This stuff made the best turkey I've ever fixed. Really penetrated the meat and flavor throughout, take the time, follow directions and your turkey will be delish! Nothing but compliments the last 2 years, looking forward to this one.

Brined my turkey in this for Thanksgiving before smoking it. It gave a great juicy flavor to my bird! I plan on trying other flavors from this brand.
