Have extra CDs but no cases? Just order this!!!
I bought this back in 2020 when in the pandemic I was converting some home movies into multiple DVDs to send to family & to bring back home to my country next time I went & I bought an amazing DVD burner / writer from Amazon & realized I needed extra cases, so I found this beauty & the price was worth the money, the 5 color options are amazing & you can never not need a spare CD/DVD case laying around! They do come quite handy for those who making any video/photo/multimedia type projects! I just ran out & wanted to write this review to show you, 3 years later, they are totally worth purchasing again & I recommend you purchase these right away & get to it! The cases are great they never crack, break, chip, no scratches & can handle any type of label stickers on them! I love these & can't wait to order more this summer to burn my summer movies & memories away for the next mailing to family project I have in mind currently :)

These affordable, sturdy, and attractive DVD storage cases are perfect to store CDs and DVDs ...
I buy a lot of different television series on DVD and many times the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. For example, I recently purchase the entire series of M*A*S*H - Martinis and Medicine Complete Collection, one with notoriously poor packaging that people complain about. No, after so many years they will not be changing their packaging and in order to preserve the discs it was necessary to find an alternative storage system. I wanted something that would not only preserve my investment, but also cases that I could see through in order to read the titles of the DVDs.I've seen these cases before and there are several things I like about them. They are solid and slim without being bulky like a jewel case. If needed I can exchange the CDs in the bulkier cases to these to put in my car. I like the color coding (orange, purple pink, green and blue), especially when I'm going to repackage things like an entire television series. I can arrange the DVDs an quickly spot a particular season. The box they come in, although quite lightweight, can double as a storage container until you get something more permanent. Last, but not least, they are quite affordable and attractive.

Excellent Slim CD Cases. Ignore the Negative Reviews From Uninformed People
Hi, I bought a pack of 50 of these here on Amazon recently and these Slim cases are fine. In fact, months ago I bought 50 multi color slim cd cases branded Memorex, NOT Verbatim like these, but they are so identical I would not be surprised if they were made at the same factory in some overseas country.I mention this because if you read the reviews on the Memorex or these here Verbatim, you'll think that the cases branded with different names are actually different in design and lock differently. Well at least with Memorex or Verbatim, they are identical. Only difference you may see is if you buy some clear cases or black and clear halves then do a scratch test. You may feel different softness on the surface due to plastic variability.Few reviewers leave negative reviews for these slim cases as well as other brands, and every time they write the same identical thing that the closing mechanism is broken, that they "do not click in place" or, that they feel "cheap and flimsy".It is simply untrue. I opened , put the disk in and took it out easily, then was able to lock and unlock the two latches on the top and bottom sides of the slim jewel case totally fine. Maybe some reviewers see these slim cases for the first time and they expect them to be as heavy and sturdy as the Retail CD cases that we get if we buy a music album. Maybe they have not tried other slim cases. The only other varieties of slim CD/DVD case you can buy are the ones that are currently more expensive, made from foggy plastic, and are often round, or have rounded edges. They are made from flexible plastic, the plastic is softer and bends a little, which makes those better for those of us who think they may throw the cases around. But those cd cases have a drawback which is they do not stack up as well as these. So I'd say if you're worried about construction and plastic quality these are as good as any other slim case. But what you might think about is whether you want them all in 5 different colors. I found that I simply do not like the green color because it is too dark and that colors do not help sort them better. I'd rather buy a bunch of black and clear halved cases. But do buy these by all means if you have less than 50 CDs or DVDs.

DVD/CD plastic case
I purchased these for a large project that I was doing that required sending out 10 shipments of 9 DVDs. These cases provided a very good protective cover for the disks, allowed me to color code each DVD of the set to ensure that each person received the correct DVD set. Here is what I did not like about the cases:1. The cases are hard to open without breaking them. Use a bit of patience and gently flex the case and the disk will open.2. Closing the disks and having them lock shut also takes a bit of persistence. Just pressing it closed will not always get them to lock closed. You need to press in on each corner to ensure that the case closes securely. Here is what I liked about the cases:1. Color coded to let you group multiple disks together to ensure a complete set.2. Inexpensive protection for shipping disks through the mail.3. Thin and light weight, perfect for shipping. If you are looking for a one time use or a once in awhile use type of situation, then these cases fit the bill and are very slim. If you are looking to use this where you would be repeatedly opening and closing the case, you probably want to keep on looking for another product.

Attractive Colorful Space-Savers
These slimline assorted colors jewel cases are a real space-saver and work well for me, provided the booklet is not too fat to fit inside the prongs. Works for most, though those hinges can be quite fragile unless handled carefully. The assorted colors are attractive (as shown).
