Okay, this is my everyday morning routine must have ! I feel more awake in the morning, taste really good, mix well, I do recommend add a bit of warm water so mixing even better. I know it is a little bit pricey but worth those money. Tummy feels better, skin is glowing, daily vitamins feels exciting everyday ! I love it, super effective, super tasty. Will buy again !

I've been waiting and watching my nails grow out their chipped, brittle ends, and this month they finally grew beyond my finger ends! Previously they would break as soon as I caught them on a drawer or literally anything. My hair has also started coming back thicker. It's about 3-4 inches of re-growth and is finally starting to lay flat after standing on end for months lol. I don't normally do reviews but because of the oversize impact this has had to my life, I wanted to encourage others. It's also completely fixed my weakling of a stomach. It used to get upset regularly, especially after strong food or alcohol. It took about a month to settle in, but I'm now feeling well, and going regularly but not too much. After years of struggling and thinking I had IBS, it's completely fixed me. Guess I'll be on this for life now? The flavour is fine, I don't really mind it. It's the nicest I've tried of all the green powders. I mix it into semi skimmed milk so there is fat to help absorb the vitamin D etc.

Taste is great, dissolves well in water, doesn’t taste gritty and goes down well. I’ve been taking for 4 days now and my skin is so glowy and I definitely don’t feel as tired as I normally do! I had a good look around first they all have the same vitamins but the taste is crucial. I tried rheal, taste was gross and it was really bitty, yes you can put these powders in orange juice or add cordial but I think that defeats the object. I was going to go with huel but again I’ve seen the taste is awful and it has really high amounts of certain vitamins when our bodies don’t need that much. Very happy with this product. ONLY negative is that it doesn’t come with an 8g scoop so you have to measure it out.

Quite tasty, feels like its effective no real way to know unless you get blood tests I guess? but definitely feel better all round when I've started having this. best value for money supergreens.

The pineapple and mango tastes good, I mix it in with squash and it tastes fine. There’s bits but that’s to be expected. I drink in the morning no problems and I’m not a breakfast person. My hair was falling out at an alarming rate due to weight loss and now I have a few inches of hair re growth so I’m happy. I will continue to use.

There was so much hype about how great this is on socials, and I am big Tala/ Shreddy fan, so I finally decided to give it a go. Everyone raves about how amazing it tastes and I must say it’s simply not true. It’s grainy in texture and tastes very “green”. I don’t have a proper mixer or shaker so it was also a little lumpy (I acknowledge this is my own fault) Tbh I was expecting it to not taste great before all the hype reviews came out and would have accepted it, as it is just greens and vitamins, but since I was led to believe differently I am now very disappointed. I have only taken one dose so haven’t been using long enough to say whether the benefits are legit, but for the hype and the price of such a small bag I hope it turns out to be worth it. At first glance I don’t think it’s very good value for money and probably won’t buy again. Will be looking at cheaper alternatives first.

Decided to try adding this to my supplement rotation to get much needed vitamins and fibre into my diet after coming back from a work trip. It tastes better than I had imagined it would, and works really well if you combine it with some kind of clear whey protein, although by itself, it has a bit of a gritty texture, and will constantly need a shake/stir while drinking so it doesn't settle and get chunky. Would recommend one of those milk frother/stirrers to blend it too- makes my life a bit easier. Overall, worth it- makes you feel a bit healthier for taking it everyday, though it's not the most enjoyable part of your day!
