My bottles had about 5 months remaining before the BBE date. The drinks are milk based but I couldn't see anywhere that actually told you what the protein present is. As it doesn't say I presume it's a mix of whey and casein protein but regardless they are high quality proteins and perfect for muscle growth, recovery and repair. The macros are mostly good with very low fat, low salt and reasonable sugar which is similar to that found in milk. The protein content is good at 25g per bottle. The drink tastes very nice with the texture of a creamy milkshake. The sweetness isn't over the top but given the naturally occurring sugar in not sure why they added sweeteners. There is some twang from the sweeteners but I didn't really mind it personally. At around £28 for 12 bottles they aren't priced competitively compared to other similar drinks on Amazon but they are very good in my opinion.
