well its simple and for my exercises, I loop one end over my foot and lift the leg for stretches you cannot do otherwise. I learned this in my own physical therapy, but now I can do these leg lifts at home now.

Black, long, sturdy. The clasp is complicated and I wish it had a little folded sheet of instructions, but works as advertised. Now do you sell handles or other attachment points?

A bit expensive for Indian standards! Looks like it is imported from abroad . I wish some make this type of product in india with lesser pricing. It is a simple cloth belt with good quality material and buckle.
