It's much nicer than I expected for the price. Fingerprint button works great. It has a good hefty weight to it as well. Feels fairly solid. Spring loaded, so it opens fast. I would definitely recommend this.

Among those, the TOVOWORT Biometric Slider Gun Safe undoubtedly ranks in the top ten for protecting against unauthorized firearm access and providing quick, reliable access for the price point. In the realm of personal and home security, securing your firearm with a dependable mechanism is crucial. This safe stands out as a prime example of modern security technology, blending seamlessly into both bedside and office settings. I purchased this safe with the intention of safeguarding my firearm and an additional magazine from sticky fingers and curious hands alike, a task it easily fulfilled. Great item to keep it safe

Bought this and set up but after unlocking the sling doesn’t push it out I had to turn safe on the side to get door to open, I’m returning obviously.

I'm a 74-year-old widow who lives alone in a rural area and while I feel safe, I make sure to keep my gun close. Recently, I learned about Oregon's "SB 554" which requires gun owners to secure their guns using locking containers or cable locks when not in use. I currently have an inconvenient locking case for my Italian-made M&P 9mm and I'm considering replacing it with the TOVOWORT Biometric Slider Gun Safe for Handgun.This gun safe is perfect for me as it has a bluish light that makes retrieving my gun a breeze. It can also store an additional magazine and has a numeric keypad that I have muted and changed the default password for. According to the instructions, it can store up to 30 fingerprints, but it's recommended to record an individual's fingerprints in 4 different directions. The safe comes with two keys in case the password or fingerprint scanner fails, but I make sure to keep them stored away from the safe.Since I want to move the gun safe from my living room to my bedroom, I'm not planning to mount it. However, I would recommend getting larger mounting hardware and mounting at least some of the screws into solid wood if you do choose to mount it. One improvement I would suggest is the ability to see who has accessed the safe when it's being used by multiple people.Currently, the TOVOWORT Biometric Slider Gun Safe is available at a lower, more affordable price, and I have already placed an order for another one.Please note that I received this item for free from the Vine program. I wasn't paid for this review, and I pay 29% in Federal and State Income Taxes for each item. I apologize for not including pictures; I have a genetic trait that causes my hands to shake.

I have a few issues with this gun locker, the primary one being that the slots that are used to mount it to the wall are large enough to stick a wire thru and press the reset button on the back of the safe, allowing you to reset the combination while it is closed. The manual backup lock is not particularly impressive either and the overall construction is just simple sheet metal. The installation process was a bit tricky in that there is a single little screw that goes from the inside of the safe to the mounting bracket to hold it onto the bracket so you can't just simply take it off the wall. Installing this screw can be a bit of a pain, as if you drop it when trying to install it can fall down behind the drawer and take a lot of jiggling of the safe to get it back out. The fingerprint reader works about half the time, and seems to be quite finicky about getting the right angle of read, which is not exactly ideal considering it is the fastest way of opening the safe. Also the beeping noise it makes by default I dislike as you don't want to make a loud sudden noise when reaching for your pistol. The blue light inside as well I think would be better if it were red to not harm night vision as much. It is spring loaded which is nice in that it is quite fast to use. I just think for a firearm storage solution it is a bit too low security for my preference.
