Great sandals for walking on hard, level surfaces. Excellent arch support. Very comfortable. I don’t recommend as trail sandals but they are more comfortable than trail sandals if you’re doing a lot of walking on pavement. They run true to size.

Super nice, my son loves them. I couldn’t find a three Velcro strapped sandal at a store in person (two on the top of the foot and one on the ankle), after going to multiple stores. I found these on Amazon and they are super comfortable, the arched foot imprint on the sole is a nice touch. The adjustable strapping is also super comfortable. The quality is high with thick straps strong stitching and thick sole bottoms. Highly recommend!

Okay...I'm really torn between giving these sandals a 5 star review and a 4 star review. I've opted for the 4 stars, as I think it will be more beneficial that potential buyers hear what concerns I have rather than the positives that most of the other reviewers are offering. First off, I'm a 61 year old size 11 wide (US) male weighing in at about 215 lbs, and these fit me perfectly. Here are the positives: The length of the top and heel Velcro straps are perfect and allow for maximum adjustments. They are very light and the sole is very cushy. It's almost like walking on air! And, I suffer from Achilles tendinitis and these sandals have a nice heel lift. I've had them for a couple of weeks and have walked (on sidewalks) for about 10 miles in them with no trouble with the tendon. They are very comfortable to walk in and they seem to be well made. And, you can't beat the price! Here are my negatives: Like another reviewer commented on, the sole of the sandal is ridged for some reason, and if you have soft, sensitive soles (which luckily I don't), it would be quite uncomfortable (and possibly cause blisters). I live in Southern California and go shoeless quite a bit, so my soles are pretty tough, but it is still noticeable and caused some irritation for the first week or so. The sandals have since gotten worn in a bit and it has been better, but I think it still could be irritating for someone with soft soles. Yes, the sandals are very light and comfortable, but I worry about their sturdiness on a trail. The tread is minimal and does not appear to be designed for any sort of heavy-duty trail use. I was hoping these would be great for our upcoming move to the Big Island of Hawaii, where I plan on hiking the volcanoes and muddy trails around Hilo, but I doubt these would last very long under those conditions or that they would be very secure in the mud. I have hiked in these conditions with Merrills, which have a very aggressive tread and are super sturdy, but I just can't seem to find a good fitting sandal from them. It may be that I use these sandals for sidewalk use and invest in a much more expensive trail worthy sandal for the hiking. I'll try them out on the trail and let you know.

I bought these exact kuailu sandals for my flat foot 245lbs 5.4 brother and I swear he has been walking faster with these sandals faster than shoes that he wears. He is normally a size 9.5 U.S. so I bought size 10 and he likes the fit. Dog walking with huskies he can manage with these. The comfort is nice and grip plus fit made him walk like normal medium arch feet as me. Value at 50.00 I was a bit scared but I am glad that the durability fits enough and the straps for his wide feet catered to him.

I was in thailand and vietnam for over 4 weeks. These shoes were the best travel purchase i have ever made. The extra padding is so soft it was more comfortable than most of the shoes i usually wear. Stayed together dispite daily use. I usually wear size 13 wide and i bought size 14 and they fit a little big. I would recommend to buy true to size or maybe a size smaller. Highly recommend and very happy with my purchase.
