product is soft and is powerful! i have flat feet, so this massage feels so nice on the bottom of my feet. it's also the perfect size to keep in some sort of tote bag/stroller!

This item did not work, so I threw it in the trash, it would not charge up! I just decided to toss it. I don’t have the patience for bad products. It wouldn’t charge no matter where I plugged it up or how long!
