This is so good. I love the way it fits and adjusts. A bonus is that it LOOKS good too when wearing it , which is a plus. It adds very nice pressure and support in a way that allows me to wear it much longer than others that I have had. I really like this one. Comfortable, easy to put on over or under clothes , good looking. I highly recommended this one !

This is a great belt for extra back support. I wear it for court sports. The straps that come around the front really allow a snug fit for a tight fit and the width is nice - not too wide and not too slim.

This belt really helps with my hip/back pain when I am bending a lot and cleaning the house. Just make sure you place it correctly. I like the fact that it moves with me also. Price was good as well.

This is a hip belt that decreases pain in the SI joint. It helps to support the hips while wearing.

First off, the item did not fit very well. I followed the chart in sizing but this does not fit the way I would like. I can wear it but I can barely fasten it. I have another SI belt that I use regularly that is thicker and feels sturdier than this. This is much lighter, which can have it's benefits in using during hot weather as the thicker belt will increase heat in the area that it supports.
