Difficult to assemble, but totally worth it
It was a bit hard to put together, in the sense that I, for the life of me, could not find all of the joints that unscrew so you can get more motion. But once I found it, I was really really pleased with it. (by the way, the joint to make it move up and down is placed INSIDE the upper arm, where it connects to the lower arm)

A big help to my Desk
Easy to install, even that the instruction are no quiet details. The arms really move where you need it with no problem at all. Recomend 100%.

Extremely Aggravating To Use, Caused More Problems Than It Solved
I have a two-tiered production desk and had my twin Sceptre 20" LED monitors (these are inexpensive monitors that barely weigh 4lbs each) sitting on the upper tier. I thought installing this desk mount would prove to be a space saver, however, it's so bulky and unwieldy, it did very little to so solve my space problem. I tried to install it on the lower tier, but that tier is recessed and the arms (like many of this ilk), are diagonal in a way that would not allow this. The directions aren't too clear, but it came with all parts and tools necessary to put it together, so you can figure out how to mount it, but take your time because the parts are marked in the instructions, but there are NO corresponding markings on the package they came in (it all just came in one plastic bag), so yeah - you'll need to figure that out.The design on the arms is infuriating. You have to use one of the Allen wrenches provided to adjust the "torque" of the arm so it stays put where you adjust it, but here's the rub - no matter how you adjust it, it will immediately pop back up. The first time it "popped up", it irreparably damaged one of my DisplayPort cords and now one of my monitors is out of commission until I order ANOTHER ONE.In fact, the design of this desk mount actually created more problems than it solved because it's not NEARLY as adjustable as the advertisement says it is. It takes an EXTREME amount of physical force to push the pneumatic arm down, and, even then, you won't be able to do this until the lower part of the assembly is turned a certain way that trades maneuverability for the ability to raise or lower it.Now - to be fair - this is my first experience with this type of equipment, but it's 2024 - NOTHING should be this aggravating to operate and now I have to spend money to replace some of my own equipment due to this impractically designed desk mount.Putting it up has exhausted me so bad mentally that I have to wait a few days to gather enough patience to take it down.

nice range of motion
Took a while for me to get this set up, as the box was heavy and I assumed it would be complicated. But it ended up being simple (used the clamp for the back of the table top). So I suffered through additional months of neck strain when I could have had this installed on day one.Cable routing through the arms was a little difficult. The bracket to hold cables was too tight. See photo.I'm only suspending one display on a single arm, and I'll be looking to mount a laptop holder for the second VESA mount.Display (27" BenQ) is stable without distracting bouncing when typing on desk.I really have no complaints on this item!

Very sturdy and help to save desk space
With this mount, I no longer have to use those monitor raisers. I like the ability to maneuver the monitors, and to keep my desk space cleaner.

Great monitor stand!
Works greatSeems to hold my 27" monitors well and without issueInstall was straight forward, though the instructions felt a bit generic. I had to search for what was specific to my version. My only complaint is that the plastic teeth for the cable channel are way too rigid - I accidentally bent and deformed them trying to press the cable inAside from that, I'm happy with this
