Does the job of 2-3 devices in one, and better than the others

I almost never write reviews, but this little stick is amazing. Unless it's my upper back or hips/glutes, it's superior in every way to a foam roller - gets rid of more knots and more tightness in the same amount of time. It can focus on one specific deep spot like a lacrosse ball, and it works better than foot roller for loosening muscles on the bottom of the feet. It loosened parts of my calves so much that I gained back dorsiflexion I hadn't had in years. Great size to travel with or leave in your car. Best money I've spent in a long time.

Much easier to use than a foam roller

Great for tight calves!

I bought this to supplement foam rolling, which works for most things but didn't seem to do the job for my recurrent tight calves. It's been fantastic. Durable, and much better at giving the calves a good thrashing. It's been great for recovery post run. Recommended.

Feels flimsy...

To be honest, when watching the video, it looks sturdier than it actually is. It's too light. The round massaging 'wheels' are flimsy plastic. The handles turn and I've got the feeling that if I turn hard enough, they will come apart from the main structure. However, I tried this on my back after I opened it and the lower back pain that I was experiencing disappeared. I tried it also on my wife's upper back pain, with the same result! So, it would seem that it actually works on pain areas, for us at least.

Surprisingly helpful

It comes across as a 'novelty' massage device but it surprisingly effective. I'm currently training for a Marathon and it has immediately eased strain in my thighs, calves and feet in particular.
