Damaged but good quality hair lotion
Came damaged, a 3rd of the lotion was missing and had to pour into a container so I could use the rest, although all this happened it is still a good product very good for afro hair 👍🏽

Not sure I got the right product
I received my product earlier than usual, which was very impressive. However, when I pumped the product out, I noticed it came out as a white cream in an oil, and the two liquids did not mix. I was under the impression that it's just a white uniform cream. Is this the texture of the cream? Also, the product is ineligible for any returns.
