Great Product! Expensive Shipping, but shipped in a Styrofoam Cooler with Gel Packs.
These are very satisfying and flavorful croissant sandwiches. Great with coffee in the morning! No complaints there. As others have written, they did not come in butcher paper wrapping. They came in sealed plastic packaging. Only real issue is the expensive shipping. I had one order overnighted to a friend, via UPS next day air, and it cost $45 for shipping. The other order I had shipped to me for $25 via USPS Priority Mail. My friend and I live 40 miles from each other. He got his in one day, and mine arrived in two days. So, there was only one day difference, and it was $20 less expensive to ship USPS Priority Mail rather than overnight. I had wondered how it would be shipped, since the picture in the item on Amazon said, "Keep Frozen." They were packed in a styrofoam cooler and had frozen "Uline" gel packs around them. Okay packaging, and they survived the shipping from Florida to North Carolina, but I would hesitate to have them shipped in Summer, as the contents shifted during shipping on my order, and some of the top gel packs got displaced, leaving the top layer of sandwiches starting to thaw. Dry ice would have been better than the gel packs, in my opinion. Still, since croissants are fully cooked, some thawing should not be a problem. Would I buy again? Yes. But, I would likely look locally at the WalMart or other stores in the area first to save the shipping costs. One bonus to offset the sting of the expensive shipping is you can keep and re-use the styrofoam cooler.

Croissant needs toasting
The croissant seems kind of blah, and a little too soft, so I recommend toasting it before you eat the sandwich. Also, you can add condiments as needed. I added butter, and a little bit of mayonnaise. They are rather small but that was expected. If you are really hungry you can eat two!
