After surgery on my back this cushion allows me to comfortably sit for longer periods of time.

Perfect for wheel chair. My friend's hus has to be sitting on the wheel chair all day long. She asked me to buy this for him. She told me she likes it very much and it definitely helps to release the pain of sitting all day long...I would forward her positive comments here so that to help you,other ppl to make decision.

I weigh in 160es lbs. Looking for pillow to provide comfort during prolonged sitting in car, chairs, hard couch due to bursitis in "sitting bones" area. Pillow fits in all those very well but think that large person would need a larger pillow. this one is cheaper than the best ROHO brand, so wanted to give it a try.What I liked about this pillow cushion is that I was able to adjust the air pressure inside to find comfortable softness for my pain in "sitting bones" due to inflammation. The only thing is I had to deflate it a lot to get it to be soft and comfortable enough for me, that it almost looks flat. Good thing is it has air chambers on both sides, top and bottom. May be material that it is made of has to do something with this as it is not very rubbery/flexible, but more plasticky. If it was any thinner, It would not be comfortable.Looks like maker intended for the pillow to be used on wheeled chair as only has a Velcro strip and no non-skid underside surface on a cover. At least it is the soft side of Velcro and does not catch on anything.Definitely keeping and recommending it, but also will purchase a ROHO brand from medical supply store where they have more affordable option.

Bought this for my 81yr old Dad. The only thing he complained about took him awhile to inflate it. Not the product fault just old age. Have talked to him after his 1st week he stated it helps and sitting is more comfortable. Amazon so far every product I have bought was more than expected and very fast delivery.

A bit pricy, but decent quality. Too soon to know if it will help relieve pressure sores.

No instructions accompanied the product. There is a "hitch" in making the valvefunction properly for air to be pumped into the cushion.

I ordered this by phone. Sounded wonderful until I received it. Plastic, and you can't even leave it in the car when it gets hot. I want my money back, I live on a fixed income and $65. Is alot of money for me.
