The best squire I’ve owned bar none, I’ve had Chinese, Korean bullet, affinity etc, and this is by far the lightest and stable squire I’ve owned. Tuning is superior to the prior ones I’ve owned, fret work as good as Mexican made, pickups for the money are best sounding ceramic I’ve heard, the green surf is not as nice looking or feeling as the Mexican obviously but again for the money, cannot knock this at all. This squire new model is great value for money.

What a stunning and playable guitar! Ordered yesterday, and delivered by parcelforce today, less than 24 hours after placing order. Lovely finish, great when plugged in, sounding like a strat of higher quality. A great guitar for kids, learners or like me, faltering older players. At £113 all in, for 3 x single coil model, exceptional VFM.

I recently started playing again. Wanted a Stratocaster guitar as I used to own a USA Strat many years ago.This seemed like a bargain and some decent reviews on YouTube.Mostly it's a good guitar.Nice finish, neck is good and well adjusted for relief. Everything works.Bad points, action was a little high, bridge is awful, it was under full tension, and locked down to the body. This seemed to cause intonation issues too.I tried adjusting it, but had to give up having a floating bridge. Just would not stay in tune.I've reset it, adjusted string height and intonation now OK. Bridge will give some downward wobble only, not floating.All in all quite happy for the price but you may need to tweak to get it up to a good guitar.Sound is very good. Nice Stratocaster nasal honk.

I am really impressed. You get a lot for the very low price. I am a gigging guitarist and this would be an excellent guitar for someone to learn on. With some upgrades (better pickups, pots, and and wiring harness) and luthier set up this guitar would be perfect for any gigging musician.

The Squire Debut strat arrived Dec 2024.It was delivered in 2 days,so well done Amazon during a busy period.The strat itself is well worth the price.There were no defects on the guitar. The setup was quite good and the action was quite low with no fret buzz. The guitar has the expected strat chime sound. The pots work as expected. The overall quality is good for the price and it should be fun playing the instrument.

Sent as a gift. Lovely Matt finish and great quality my brother said. His guitar teacher recommend it as a beginner’s guitar.
