Great supplement by high quality company
I’m very happy with this brand and supplement. All I can say is that it agrees with me.

Powder v. Liquid
Preferred the powder over the product that is liquid. Thought it would be the other way around, but the chemical formula seems different. In any case, I use it to offset the statin I take, but in fact, stop taking a statins altogether and only take the CoQ10. Very helpful to muscle stiffness.

Large capsule but effective
I am glad they are vegetarian but the capsules are quite large. No major trouble swallowing but prefer smaller pills or capsules. Like others this was recommended by my doctor as a supplement to taking a statin for cholesterol.
