This e-bike is a great e-bike I would suggest if you have problems putting it together to seek out help from ENGWE or to try to find some YouTube videos.The e-bike works great and the seat is relatively comfortable compared to other bikes or e-bikes.

Throttle no longer works after just 6 months. Called company for support spoke. Company diagnosed issue and sent a replacement controller at no cost.

Although it needs to be used, it appears to be a quality product. Furthermore, despite the fact that the product was opened because it didn't have any staples, the inside is very well packaged. The axle used to secure the front wheel is worn, and the lug nuts show marks where the tool may have slipped. That's the only thing that appears to be of average quality. Also, the caps that are supposed to protect the lug nuts from oxidation were missing.

We’ve had this bike for a little over a month and the throttle has completely broken. I’m trying to contact the seller but Amazon keeps telling me it’s unavailable. Now I have a $900 bike I can’t do anything with.

i bought this bike for fun. and it delivers. this bike is a blast to ride.good speed and good range
