Going good, so far. It was a generic product with almost no packaging. Dips 1-2 inch but okay.

for a universal cylinder, it was exact t in comparison to factory equipment .

Disappointing to discover it’s not the size I anticipated it to be.

Product worked great initially, after about 4 weeks it started faltering, actual weight it may hold without messing up is 400-425.

I have a comfortable big office chair that has been too low for my preference since day one 3 years ago... Finally had the idea of replacing the air-lift cylinder with a longer / taller model... Total happiness!! Be sure to search for U- Tube videos that show how to easily remove the old lift cylinder ... hint: you'll need a big pipe-wrench to make it easy!

The cylinder was what it was stated to be. Through no fault of the supplier it was not the size I needed, so I had to reorder to get the correct one. The problem was I didn't realize one- size-fits- all, was not reality.
