It does the trick for my dog. The item is sturdy and easily customizable for your car. Good price and very effective.

This was exactly what we needed and fit perfectly! Very sturdy and the price was amazing! Very easy to put together and kept my animals safe. Definitely 10/10!

It works ok but I do need to secure it a bit with a small bunji cord to make it more sturdy. Otherwise I hear it clanking when I drive.

We paired this with a waterproof car seat cover for a long trip with our dogs. The barrier was easy to install with two people and stayed in place the entire trip.

We have a 100 pound great Dane. While this definitely does the trick to keep the cargo area clean from dirt and hair, there are some things about it that aren't great for our big guy. First, the material that's great for wiping down is too slick, and when he is standing in the back he slides around all over it every time the car moves and turns. Even when he is laying down sometimes he slides on it. The flap that folds down out the back for jumping up is nice, but his paws regularly catch it on the way up and end up dragging it in to the car. The window decals didn't stick very well, and ended up getting chewed up when they fell down. Also, the strings to hold them up on the windows were too long, so the sides didn't fit super tight. Finally, the adhesive on the Velcro strips that are supposed to stick the sides to the car didn't stay stuck on the car, so we're pretty useless. Overall, it's usable and somewhat effective, but I'm sure there's something better out there.

Good solution to keeping two adult dogs in the back seat of a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL 4 door. One dog liked putting his paws on the center console and then slowly easing his way upfront and this solves that problem. As an adult, it works as a deterrent. If the dogs were less than a year old or highly motivated, this is not your solution. But for adult dogs, this is perfect, particularly for the price.

This is easy and quick to install in your backseat. It works well on both our new Honda Pilot and our ancient Toyota Sequoia giving our three Dobermans much needed extra space in the middle row of our SUVs. The bottom is rigid as the description states, providing a nice “bridge” if your vehicle has captain’s chairs. We’re very pleased!

Works great. A little bit of work to get it together (requires two people if you have them) but keeps the dogs where they need to be. Not sure how it will do if you have a bigger dog who might try to test it. Could use a couple more of the clasps to hold the fence because it rattles a bit. I just used a few tie wraps and it’s all good.
