EXCELLENT PRODUCT THAT REALLY WORKS.

This only works while you are wearing it and maybe lasts about an hour. It probably shrink the membranes for temporary relief. I tried every day for a little over three weeks. I would think that’s enough time to give an honest review. Maybe others have had better outcomes. I do have a very bad deviated septum so possibly my particular problem and hard fitting. It might work better for others. Wish I could just wear it (giving me relief) without looking like a dork.

Works well and only takes 10 minutes. I love that the automatic timer turns it off for you. After covid i had persistent nasal irritation and nothing worked until i tried red light therapy. It does stay in place, i use the device while i read.

I bought this after watching a video on it, showing a person's sinuses just draining and pouring like rain out of their nose. Put this in for the 10 minute period and nothing happened. I could breathe easier for about 5 minutes, but this was due to having my nostrils dilated, not the red light effect. Don't waste your money on this product, buy a neti pot instead. Even look at the instructions, it says "nasal soother", whatever that means.
