Makes great bank sinkers.
I make my own catfish weights and have for years. This mold makes perfect bank weights in the 4, 5, and 6 oz sizes. I gather a lot of my lead from the shoreline and tire shops. I have a habit of melting that down and using these heavy bank weight as lead "storage". This mold to small and easy to use only requiring a good clamp. I personally wouldn't use a plastic spring clamp like they show because these molds can get hot after a couple rounds of lead, or you over fill it.

Whose idea was it for the plastic clamps to hold it over 300° mold together and on fell apart when on it cold

No handles
This mold comes without handles,inconvenient but my husband said he can work with it, hope he doesn't get badly burned.
