Well articulated, handsome doll with a nice stand
Dolls have come a long way since I was a kid! This Ken doll is a beautiful dark brown that's a fairly good representation of Black skin, with lots of articulation and a very muscular sculpt. His clothes actually have stitching details and are well made, though the outfit's not to my personal taste. I mostly got him because I loved his rooted hair and the handsome face mold and paint job. His hair is lovely and soft, and I cannot stress how lovely his features are in person. There ARE two small injection mold marks on the front of his biceps that I wish had been smoothed, but he'll eventually go in some vintage Ken clothes so I don't mind. He's definitely worth the price point, and I love that he came with a doll stand to help him stay in some fun action poses!

Love this darling boy! I wish they made more of them! Well made and sturdy, the girl dolls were drooling when I got him out of the box. He definitely has his pick of the ladies here. Good thing he’s a proper gentleman.

Superb quality body. I use them for customizing and they are awesome. Great quality head as well. They verge on being action figures rather than dolls with the enhanced articulation. Hope Mattel makes more of these.

Very high quality doll, despite the outfit.
Despite the plain and boring outfit, this doll has some amazing articulation- but the best part of all is that he has an amazing buff chiseled doll body. He also has some amazing rooted hair, which is a huge plus over sculpted plastic hair. He would be a great base for any doll artist, or a great dude doll to style.
