These lights are brilliant. 4 dimmable settings and timer.so once its set just switches itself on and.off for no hassles. Look fantastic in the garden. These outdoor lights look beautiful on my fence. I bought it on the occasion of Deepawali. It worked great on day 1 (can be seen in picture) but next day 1 bulb stopped working (can be seen on video) so i am thinking how reliable it is for long term outdoor use. Based on the use just for 2 days, here is my feedback Positives: 1. Good looking bulb shaped outdoor light 2. Enough length to cover my garden fence, it was 36m for me. 3. Brightness levels - 3 4. Timer 5. extra bulbs-3 6. Good connectivity 7. waterproof Negatives: 1. plug lead could be little more in length like 4-5m. 2. Bulbs felt unreliable as 1 stopped working in 1 day, don't how would it last long. 4. Could have some memory functions(light sequence patterns) 5. No remote control in this version which should not be much to add into deal. 6. seems Not durable

When initially installing these, I was skeptical about how much light they would produce and whether the area would seem dim. I installed around a 4x3 gazebo and still had approximately 5m left that I used to light up my decking to it. The lighting is perfect and you can have a lovely evening without having to squint or be blinding by the light. Installing was easy, I just used cable tidy nails, and I believe it is extendable but I’ve not tried this. I used the brightest setting mentioned above and I think this is ideal as I think the dimmer levels would be too dim. The plastic bulbs were my main driver for this as I have young kids which sometimes bump into them, but the even if a dent does occur then it pops right out.

I liked the look of it. I didn’t like the fact that the wiring was not well designed as two of the bulbs did not work. However I am in the process of resending the item back and awaiting a refund. I have re ordered a new set to see if the first set was faulty. So I have given them a chance to rectify this so I can enjoy the product. Update…. New set arrived all up and working and a refund for the faulty set. Thank you for a quick response.

An excellent bit of kit. Looks good and does the job. One thing to note is that the plug is larger than a standard plug so does not fit in a waterproof outside socket. Resolved this by using a DriBox to hold an extension cable and plugged the plug inside that.

Gorgeous, easy to use and install ,some of the bulbs needed tighting up slightly to work ,so delighted with price and ease of use ,dim or brighten up through control panel clearly printed to use, lovely warm glow from soft to pretty bright shine

Really pretty, not too bright and the dimmable function is excellent. Many people complained that they fill with water, I would recommend that prior to installation, check all the bulbs are screwed in properly as all the bulbs were not, as I was screwing them in I could feel the seal tightening. Only had them up a few days so will see if that works, if not I saw a recommendation to drill a small hole in the bottom of the bulb to allow the water to drain out. They stretched alot further than I expected, ordered 2x120ft and they managed to get most of the way round my large garden.
