I got this brush over a year ago, and it’s still in perfect condition. For the past six years or so, I've been searching for the perfect foundation brush, and I have quite the collection—over thirty foundation brushes! After trying many of them (cheap and very expensice ones), I finally found the one that worked for me, and since then, I haven’t looked back. I can honestly say that if you're looking for a versatile foundation brush that can handle everything from foundation to contour to blush, this is it! If you're in a rush, you can even use it to apply concealer. I switch from powder to cream and back and it does an amazing job! What’s great is that it never absorbs your foundation; it lays it beautifully in just a couple of strokes. I wash it after every use, and not a single fiber has shed. I couldn't be happier with it! I even bought an additional one for my sister and another for my mother, and both of them enjoy their brushes just as much. I can confidently say that I've thrown away every other foundation brush I've ever owned. While $40 may seem like a lot, it's a worthwhile investment. If you take care of it, it will last you for a long time. Even after using it and washing it after every use, it remains in excellent condition. I love it so much that I'm planning to buy another one for travel. I have the entire collection of brushes, and I can honestly say that I’ve been using them continuously. If you're looking for a high-quality brush(s) that won’t waste your makeup and applies beautifully, look no further! I am not generally a prestige or luxury brush girly. I love a good deal and most of my brushes are Real Techniques, e.l.f., or Luxie. After caving and purchasing the C42 (from Rose and Ben directly), I was excited to try the C41 for blush application or lighter foundation coverage. I was not disappointed! Highly recommend. Pros: - Vegan-friendly with synthetic fibers - VERY soft and gentle on the face - Dense but fluffy, which I found allows for better control of cream or powder products - Multipurpose (I use to apply my liquid blush, or to apply a tinted hydrator on lighter coverage days) - Very high quality and luxe feel - the brushes are heavy and feel substantial Con(s): - The creator and website claims that these brushes are easier to clean because they do not hold on to product like others - that is likely true in terms of the fibers themselves, but I have found these brushes to be tricky to deep clean even when following the care instructions. Likely due to the density. The price point is hefty - which can be considered a con. But I have found the price aligns well with the benefits of the brush.

Best brush ever. I am a amateur with application of makeup. This brush made me feel like a professional. I've always had trouble with blending my makeup. But this brush makes it easy. Highly recommended. I was so impressed, I bought the whole set.It's worth it

My absolute favorite brush! I finally found her. I have tried 50 different brands, and every single one disappointed me. Some would fall apart. Some would shed. Some were not dense enough, some were too sparse. So many just didn't pick up makeup the way I wanted them too. How hard is it to get the right brush?! I have searched my entire adult life and I finally found her. This one is sturdy, easy to clean and work with. The bristles are insanely soft, but offer just the right soft velvety feel. I can use it for almost everything and it feels good in my hand. It's the right length and so easy to work with day in and out. I live the double ended brush, her eyeshadow brushes and the other 'foundations brush, too. I feel seen.

I actually uses this for my cream, powdered blush and my setting powder! It's great, blends easily by dabbing and tapping, this is my beauty blender replacement and I absolutely love it. It doesn't take too much product like the sponge and easy to clean. Bristles was soft and with the size? Wow blush application was never this fast for me. Grab this brush, people!

LADIES THIS BRUSH IS AMAZING FOR BLUSH AND BRONZER!! THE WAY IT HUGHS YOUR CHEEKS!! I JUST LOVE HOW THE BLUSH LOOKS!! SAME THING WITH THE BRONZER!! YOU'LL LOVE TOO!! I DON'T LIKE IT FOR PRESSED POWDER FOUNDATION OR ANY KIND OF SETTING POWDER WETHER LOOSE OR PRESSED BECAUSE IS KIND OF SOFT FOR THAT!! IS SOFT AND DENSE BUT IDEAL FOR BLUSHING AND BRONZING ONLY IN MY OPINION!! BECAUSE WHEN IT COMES TO POWDER FOUNDATION AND PRESSED OR LOOSE POWDER I LIKE MY BRUSH TO BE ON THE DENSE SIDE!! BECAUSE SOFT DOESN'T DISTRIBUTE POWDER GOOD!! IT LOOKS WEIRD. HOPE THIS HELPS!! THE BRUSH IS HIGH QUALITY THOUGH!!

I purchased this brush based on an online recommendation. It is very well made with soft, angled bristles. It holds and deposits a lot of product but, I find it doesn’t blend out well. For me, I find it too expensive to not be the perfect brush.

I have never had such flawless blending experience with brushes or sponges before! I clearly was missing out on the good quality brushes! Rose and Ben brushes are top notch! I have purchased other expensive brands such as sephora, bk beauty but these brushes are in their own playing field!

My face is small and the brush is quite big to be used as a blush brush. However the pros are that it feels luxurious and soft and dense which is why I give it 4 star. I’ll try using it for foundation or contour/ highlighter as noted in some other reviews.
