Unable to unlock the speed
I love the bike but don't allow me to unlock the speed, I will send it to Honduras where we have not speed restrictions, customer service did not provide me a solution

This Engwe Engine Pro 2.0 is the coolest fastest & the most fun. This is my 3rd ebike and I wish I had bought this Engwe first. This torque sensor is a game changer. Looking forward to more adventures.

Great entry level ebike
Honestly I love this bike goes right around 25/26mph when you peddle 20mph with just the throttle put about 150 miles on it in 3 weeks battery life tires and breaks have all held up so far planning on putting street tires on as the tires it comes with are definitely mountain bike tires

Can’t finish putting it together
They over tightened one of the screws for the rear fender so I can’t even attach it and of course the Allen wrench included is tiny which makes over tightening even worse. The stupid Allen wrench bent and the screw didn’t even budge. It’s already bad enough I had to look up a YouTube video to even find decent instructions.

All seams good seat will get changed on our two we got,needs a bar for accessorys tight puting on mirror and ph and cams got a wagon for our puppy dog Petey he loves the bike and rode the 4-wheeler like a champ but,not the truck have to get vet pills for long rides he was a rescue so may had bad experience in car barks,whole trip. Not had bikes long so price change seats 3 stars i think is fair could bought 4 for price of two so price matters i say lot 64 year olds are not there top costumers but with a 300 Dollar discount it sell more to senior citizens cause they are good exercise and golf carts are for golf lol
