Worked for me, but it will depend on your mouth shape
I've been using this mouth guard for a week now. I read a ton of reviews before I bought this one, and they were all extremely variable, so I wanted to write a really comprehensive review to help people decide if this is the right product for them.Make/Durability: This mouth guard is made of very thick plastic and seems very durable. The instructions say it needs to be replaced every 4-6 months, so we'll see. I got the blue version; there is a clear version that is thinner plastic. I was afraid the thin plastic wouldn't work as well or hold up well over time, but it might be a better option if you have very sensitive gums.Fit/Comfort: This is really the biggest variable and it's going to depend entirely on your mouth shape and how aligned your teeth are. I am a 5'10" woman with broad shoulders - not a petite person. This mouth guard fit me well but might not fit for a smaller person. Additionally, if you have any teeth that are not aligned well, especially top teeth, you are going to have some discomfort, but it's potentially fixable. I didn't realize this before but one of my side incisors is slightly turned so that the corner sticks out further than the rest of my teeth. As a result, the mouth guard put a lot of pressure on that tooth and it was very painful. I ended up cutting a notch in the guard to allow the corner of the tooth to protrude. I also trimmed a little of the plastic around the bottom plate where it was rubbing on my gums. It is now perfectly comfortable, but if you have very different mouth geometry, this might not work for you. I can see now the value in getting a custom one made by a dentist, but I was quoted $1500 for that, so I will stick with my DIY modifications.I saw a lot of reviews complaining about it shifting tooth alignment. This is actually by design and will happen with any Mandibular Advancement Device. It is designed to put inward pressure on your upper teeth and leverage that pressure to push your lower teeth (and jaw) outwards. That is how it's supposed to work. It makes my bite feel a little weird when I take the guard out in the morning, but it fixes itself in a few minutes. If this is concerning to you, then this type of device is not for you.Effectiveness: Does it work? Bottom line, yes, it worked great for me. I have not snored since I started using it. My husband is thrilled. But whether or not it works for you I think will also depend on your mouth geometry. You won't know until you try it. It might not work at all for you, but that's not because it's a bad product. It's just that they can't design a universal product that will work for every possible mouth.

Inaccurate product description and won’t take return
The user manual includes an 8-question quiz to check product suitability. Answering "yes" to 3+ questions advises against use, but this wasn’t mentioned on the product page, influencing my decision. I wouldn’t have purchased it if it had been. I bought both sizes not knowing which one was right for me. I only opened the one box, not the product packaged inside the box, where I found the manual and the questionnaire. I was able to process a refund for one but it won’t let me do the second one. These are too expensive to not be able to use and not get a refund for. They were both purchased under prime so I don’t understand why the return is being blocked.

By far best mouthpiece of tried
Simply put, best fitting snore device I've used. Others were to big and cut into the sides of my lip. This i just took hot water, molded it to my teeth and easy to use and feels much better then others I've tried.Yes you will always have drool. Read the directions before you complain. They are very good. Good luck not snoring.

Cuts the loud snores
My hubby uses this retainer at night to help his snoring…it’s durable, it does help prevent loud snores. I give it 5 stars because I can sleep again. He would give it 3.5 stars because while it works…it’s durable is easy to use, but stiff on his teeth. The retainer does shift his teeth a bit - so he has to rotate between the retainer and mouth tape. Our only wish is that we want it adjustable - like a football protection retainer.

Just OK
works pretty good, but wears out easily, so it has to be replaced each month. its not custom so it doesn't fit very good and can dig into your gums. better than nothing

Prevent snoring
I didn't like it. I have been using it for a week already, and is very uncomfortable. It is very hard. It gets a little soft with the warm water, but is doesn't last.

Misleading ‘sizing’
You guys should really consider changing the word ‘Size’ to something else. To be fair I probably didn’t look into it enough, but I bought a Size2 since I’m a guy, not realizing that what I was buying was really ‘maximum jaw shift’. I can already tell I wasted $50 because theres no way I’m going to be able to fall asleep in this thing. Should have gone ‘Size1’ or ‘minimal jaw shift’ and worked up to Size2 if necc. Disappointed in myself AND the choice of how to name your ‘sizes’
