CS Is non existent for the company
Purchased the light kit at the same time as the light kit. Took some time to do and we learned that there was a light not working. It was outside amazon CS time so i went to the company and filled out the form they requested. That was over a week ago and i never heard anything back. SO ya be careful and make sure you do it all within the amazon CS times or you will never get any help.

As I was putting the light kit on the first set of lights worked then as I kept going the rest of them didnt work at all.
