It’s been 4 weeks and the air retention is holding. We have not needed to pump yet. It it soft fabric material. My daughter does simple drills on the livingroom wall like setting, passing and light serves. It is not quiet because it depends on your walls and echo in house. In our house it sounds like thumping but imagine it is quieter than a real ball. This will knock over things so be careful and put breakable decorations away. But for ball handling it is perfect for in the house practice. Just find a wall away from Knick knacks.

Bought this for my daughter to use indoors so she can keep practicing. Very soft, doesn't ruin your wall if you hit the ball against it. Came empty of air so had to pump it up which was fine. But same size as a normal volleyball and perfect for indoors. My daughter is happy to practice in her room.

Awesome way to be able to play in the house! Its soft yet heavy enough to feel very much like the real thing. I defiantly recommend for people who like to hit it off the walls!!!!

This is a fun indoor volleyball. My daughter can practice against the walls and it won't scuff or make paint dirty. This is NOT a foam ball like Nerf. If this ball knocks into TVs, light fixtures, picture frames, etc, it MAY break them.
