It works for me. After one use I fell over and bust the remote control. I sent a message to their service centre and J... replied that they managed to source, free of charge, a replacement remote but I would have to wait as it shipped from China. What great service! Full marks and a grateful customer! Worth every star for both the machine and, particularly the service.Update: I have received the new remote with no charge for either the remote or postage. Service as it should be and more. I am very pleased with the machine which I use daily but even more pleased with the after sales service which even includes plans for stupid people like me!

I think it a great bit of kit and appears to be just what I need after a few days use. The only thing I dislike is the foot pads are uncomfortable if you just use it in stocking feet, I would recommend wearing slippers. Also the instruction booklet is as informative as my cat's explanation on how to use it but other ha these gripes I would buy it again.

This is compact, sturdy and as an 80 year old lady I found I could move it easily with one hand! Instruction manual is very basic, and the temptation to 'cycle' i.e. push the pedals, must be overcome. Just place the feet on the footpads andlet the machine do the rest. It is quiet too!

Quite heavy for me too lift into place , I’ve been doing it everyday now for 3 weeks twice a day prog 2 30min eachDefinitely feeling my legs are getting stronger , my night cramps are definitely decreasing as well, so so far I’m very pleased with it , it is also whisper/hum quiet, perfect watching TV or reading I would recommend this for anyone that needs too get legs moving again , build up stamina

Purchased this product for my wife who has had MS for 30 years she had a manual peddling machine and could only manage 5 mins on it so she is trying this out and is very pleased with it can comfortably do 30 minutes on this and has noticed some muscle shape in thighs and calf’s her legs. We’ve had this product for around six months and have no regrets buying it, she started using it slowly and spending 10 minutes a day before increasing it to the current time.It’s well built and we have it set up in a room with a chair so that gives her the choice of when she wants to use it as its a little on the heavy side.

As I am on the phones 8+ hours a day I wanted something to use whilst working. This is brilliant and I would recommend to anyone, I always use the P1 setting whilst I set up for work in the morning and just manually move it throughout the day instead of having a foot rest there - would definitely recommend
