Simple and sturdy design
Very easy to use, looks good on my SUV, and keeps my bike secure. With my SUV, the rack does not prevent me from open and closing my trunk door which is convenient.

Front wheel may sit higher than you might think, but it is secure
The quality is very nice. In order to set front wheel position, set the front wheel so that it as completely against that outer plate as possible. This allows height of the wheel to be set properly so that the slider that approaches rear of front tire. Once you do this, and follow the rest of instructions it gives you a nice secure ride for the bike.

Broke 2nd time we used it!
Rachet system to hold down tires appears to be plastic, not sure how many times that will operate correctly.We thought this item had tilt to open hatch, it does not.Be aware it is very heavy and cumbersome to get in place.Biggest problem...some type of grommet and plate system that secures to the hitch broke and fell off. This was only the second time to put on the car.We still used it on that trip, everything seemed fine, but not comfortable using it on the highway. That would be a major catastrophe if it gave way at high speeds, with traffic behind us.Husband is not happy we saved a buck and got the off brand, to now be in this situation. Outside of return window...Due to reasons we were not able to use for almost a year, it just sat in the box in the garage. First used a few weeks ago, 2nd use last week. Bummed out.

Great bike rack
What a fantastic product. Great price,high quality material.easy to assemble. Extra bonus was tube bike lock,was not expecting that.

Very wobbly
Easy to install but bikes were extremely wobbly when compared to other racks I used. It did hold them and I didn’t feel like they were going to fall off but it was more movement than any other rack I’ve used.

Roof bike rake good choice
Bought as a gift for my son and he loves it. Easy enough to install and holds bike securly.
