I use this mainly for sous vide, with the occasional round of vacuum packing and freezing, and it’s been spot on for both. The seal is strong and consistent, and I’ve never had a bag fail mid cook, which is really the main thing you want when something is about to spend hours in hot water. It handles liquids well too, as long as you’re sensible about it, and the controls are straightforward rather than trying to be clever. For freezing, it’s equally solid. Meat, leftovers, bulk buys all seal tightly and store neatly, without air sneaking back in later. Bags stay sealed and don’t mysteriously puff up in the freezer after a few days. It’s easy to use, quick to seal, and doesn’t take up an unreasonable amount of counter or cupboard space. After a lot of use it’s still behaving exactly as it should, which I consider high praise for kitchen gadgets. Pros: Strong, reliable seals Excellent for sous vide Works well for freezing Simple controls, no learning curve Cons: Makes you feel obliged to buy food in bulk If you cook sous vide regularly or want a dependable vacuum sealer for freezing, this is a solid bit of kit and good value for money. I’d happily replace it with the same one if I ever needed to.

Very impressed with this vacuum sealer so far. I haven’t owned it for a long time yet, but my first impressions are excellent. The Mesliese vacuum sealer looks very smart and feels well built. It’s extremely easy to use, even straight out of the box. It comes with a full kit of accessories, which is a big plus, including two rolls of vacuum bags and five ready-made bags, so you can start using it immediately without buying extras. The sealing is strong and consistent, and it works quickly. Overall its very user-friendly machine. I’m really happy with it so far and would definitely recommend it.

Really pleased with this, it looks good enough to deserve a place in my kitchen, seems to be well made and has so far worked very well. But in addition, despite being made in China actually has a quality manual written in really good English that is very clear and easy to understand. The 5 years warranty also makes it a very attractive purchase.

I am really impressed with this Mesliese vacuum sealer. I was using it within 15 minutes of receiving it. The instructions are easy to follow and the bags that come with it nice and strong. I need to seal a whole cheese round and it sealed it really well. It is also a good size making it easy to store when not in use. It’s not as noisy as some of my appliances. It may be a bit more expensive that other brands but with a 5 year warranty I think it’s value for money.

Have been searching for a sealer for some time. Decided on this Mesliese after doing a lot of research. I wanted something that I could use regularly, something not too huge. I am so happy with my purchase! Size is perfect, instructions are easy to follow. Everything you need is included. It is easy to use and I am looking forward to it becoming part of my normal routine! Dit is onze eerste vacumeermachine en tot nu toe bevalt hij erg goed. De machine heeft alles om direct te kunnen gaan vacumeren. Twee rollen, voorbereide zakken en een paar onderdelen ter vervanging als er iets stuk gaat. Zowel kwetsbare als niet kwetsbare gerechten vacumeert hij goed. Opletten als je vocht mee vacumeert, dan moet je de zak lager houden dan de machine (of de machine optillen). Zou er zo weer een machine van Melisse aanschaffen.

The Mesliese Vacuum Sealer works very well. Nice and compact size makes it easy to store, I have been using it for a couple of months now with no issues. Super easy to use. Even works well for resealing regular bags like bulk beans, rice, etc.

J'ai acheté cette machine il y a moins d'un mois mais elle m'a déjà beaucoup servi avec une efficacité redoutable. Le fonctionnement est très simple, les soudures sont impeccables et l'aspiration est très bonne. Elle est relativement silencieuse par rapport à celle que j'avais auparavant et surtout elle parait beaucoup plus solide et bien finie. La garantie de 5 ans est un plus non négligeable. Très satisfait de mon achat. Je ne peux que recommander ce produit.
